We publish a requirement only when a manufacturer's own document states it.
- Leviton: Leviton's public warranty information describes eligibility (Certified Integrator/Installer, approved products, registration documents) but states no test-report format or submission deadline that we could find. Source checked.
- Siemon: Siemon's Certified Installer program page describes training and the 25-year warranty; we found no public document stating the test-report requirements. Source checked.
